Andy has been grilling some Ahi tuna up. It’s absolutely wonderful. He gets the grill super hot and places the tuna on it after it’s been marinating in a delicious mixture of olive oil, rice vinegar, wasabi, teriyaki, and soy sauce. He lets the tuna briefly rest on the super hot grill and then flips it. The tuna only cooks for about a minute or so. What comes off that grill is absolutely delicious. It’s smokey, warm and delicious.
