Last week I ran up to Bellevue for a quick strategy meeting and had the opportunity to eat at Seastar. The food was so good. I had an ancho chile rubbed steelhead fillet on a bed of asparagus and a delicious little corncake.
Like much of the U.S., Portland is undergoing a heat wave. It’s about 93 degrees at 4:23pm. Yesterday it was about 90 and tomorrow it will be close to 100 degrees. I suspect that Andy and I will be eating a lot of cold sandwiches and salads this week.
