Tandoori Grilled Salmon

Sweet baby Jesus this was good. Seriously the best fish recipe ever.

You run this delicious spice rub on two fillets of salmon:

lemon juice
ginger
garlic
garam masala
ajwain seeds (bruised)
salt
cayenne

The rub some sour creme on both fillets and refrigerate for 3 hours. Then broil. Don’t overcook. Make some rice to enjoy with.

Not the best photos ever but that’s because I’m so fat and happy from the fish. Oh so good.
