Land of Enchantment

Andy and I are back from our seven days in New Mexico. We had a great time! Seriously. Andy go to visit with some friends, I got to spend time with my new nephew Cooper along with my brother, sister-in-law, and mother. I also spent time with my Uncle Bryan, Aunt Marsha and cousins Tanner, Travis, and Trevor. And let me not forget to mention Tanner’s wife Nikki. We put 1,379 miles on the rental car in 7 days. We visited Santa Fe (twice), Madrid, Carlsbad, Las Cruses, Hatch, Truth or Consequences, Alamogordo, and a few other places that I have forgotten.

New Mexico Bound

This Saturday Andy and I are headed to New Mexico for 7 days of fun, family, and sun. I’m still not entirely sure how we can prepare to go to 100 degree and 0 humidity from Portland’s current weather of 50-60 degree temps with 100% humidity. We are going to be dehydrated and sunburned if we aren’t careful which we will be.

So prepare for posts full of New Mexico photos!!
